That would be Gounod's 'Funeral For a Marionette'...also, Monty Python's opening credits are announced to Sousa's 'Liberty Bell March'.

I think my favorite would be 'The Perry Mason Theme'. Very cool, very dramatic.

In the '80s, there was an ALF saturday morning cartoon. Great theme song. Can't find it on the internet anywhere.

I can't believe I left out this one. I'm 51 years old and I still get all het up when I hear the opening trumpet notes of the William Tell overture.
 
First one to come to my mind is the theme from "Baretta". "Keep your eye on the sparrow" Sung by the late Sammy Davis Jr. Many other great ones on here as well. My second choice I guess would have to be Hawaii 5-0. Still hear that one on the radio now and then. (Book'um Dano!) :D
 
D'OH!! How could I forget the Baretta theme??? Love that show and the theme.
