I sense something is going on in the tickling world.Activity on all forums is down..does ths have something to do with some new laws?Is very irritating!
 
I think it's just the summer vacation season, when a lot of people are away from home and have no Internet connection.
 
The same thing happened last summer. People are on vacation or outside in the sunshine. :p
