Not for all the tea in China would I go near a retail store on Black Friday. Target has made a lot of employees very angry with the decision to open at midnight from what I hear, and I don't blame them one bit.

Yeppers! But not until the evening time because I have to work the closing shift at work so I get to avoid the crazy early morning sales. Our store opens at 3:00 AM...ew.
Never: I would never take part in a national cliche: The only thing I do with Black Friday is watch the stock market, to see if any stocks are worth selling as they rise, all an effort to get back pennies on the dollar of the bath I've taken these past few years.
I probably won't because this year I plan on writing everyone letters of acknowledgement instead of buying more stuff that they probably don't even need. Of course, if someone expressed a burning desire to me that they wanted a particular thing, I'd get it if the price were reasonable. That's never happened in the past though.
I take advantage of the cyber monday sale and use the store links on the airline sites. I take advantage of the sale and I earn flyer miles on top of that. It's a win win for me.
Absolutely not! I'm staying home on Friday. I will shop online, and give gift cards, etc. In fact, I plan to stay away from all malls and retail shopping places, except the supermarkets, until after the 1st of the year, to avoid the crowds.
