YouTube clips out of sync?

Anyone else here notice that tickle clips on youtube more often then not are out of sync? Seems there's been a rash of clips posted for awhile that the audio is off from the video. This mostly happens when the clips title includes the words "cut". Anyone else notice this?? Anyway to fix it?
