Just have to decide what things you can put up with. Some people really dont like earthquakes, some hate tornadoes, some hate hurricanes... etc.

Thanks, Kurch, I didn't remember the magnitude. I do remember it was called the Northridge quake. My cousin and her husband lived in Pasadena then and I was visiting.
