We downloaded the templates from some RPG Maker' page or something. It's not so hard to find. Then I opened them in photoshop and drew my own characters over them.
Sorry, I meant voiceovers...
You know, to give characters real voices. Not just text.
And yes, you DO need a team. Unless you have some extremely large stashes of time hidden somwhere.

One friend is in charge of making the actual game in the maker, and another friend will do the dialog writing and the map planing.
Maybe we decide on voice acting too so, ut then we'll need help from some girls too.
