You must now heed my remedies:
1. Take plenty of zinc as well as vitamin c. (A zinc lozenge is your friend.)
2. Create a home made chicken soup, making sure it has bay leaf, sage, and plenty of garlic. Don't neglect other veggies either, because they'll give the vitamins you need.
3. Take plenty of hot showers to keep sinuses clear.
4. Take at least one nap a day. This is when your body fights illness best.
5. Drink lemon tea with a spot of honey. Honey is a good anti bacterial, while also helping soothe sore throats.
Suddenly you'll be better and it will be magic. 😀
