I know what you mean about the job search. I hope you find something good and it's great that you have a positive outlook on it all. Letting yourself get bogged down with rejection will just make you depressed. I've taken a break from job searching and am not going to focus sometime on going back to school for a degree as an admin assistant. My son and I live with my parents because of the divorce, so I don't have to worry about that many bills. I've been to a handful of gatherings and one munch. They really are as great as they are made out to be. Some folks who just go right without really getting to know anyone are the ones who seem to have the most negative things to say about them. But it can be intimidating when you haven't had a chance or taken the chance to really get to know the folks around here before meeting face to face. Although I know so many folks, I still get butterflies before heading off to a gathering. But it all goes away once I see my friends. 🙂
