    Well, I hope to see you at a gathering soon! I think that's great you're looking at going back to school. That's another option that I'm considering too. I just need to find something though that will help me pay my bills while doing the school thing. Oh well, where there's a will, there's a way!

    Definitely a combo of things. Yeah, a bit of the nerves I'd have to say but more like I wasn't sure if I was ready yet. Hell, I've never even been to a munch before. Although I do find myself feeling more and more at ease every single day that I'm here due to the great folks I'm getting to know so I'm sure that the comfort issue will be gone soon. Another reason was that I was just laid off not that long ago and looking for jobs so the money situation is a bit tight at the moment. I am positive that I'll be going to one soon though. How can I not? Have you been to many?

    Hey, I don't mind the 49r's! Joe Montana was a Pittsburgh boy so I've always kind of rooted for them. Last night went to visit a friend for her belated birthday celebration at her new apartment and today went over to my dad's along with my sister and her two little ones to watch the game and just hang out. It helps him to have the company and those kids cheer him up! Good thing Brent didn't watch today's game lol. I'm sure they're all having fun right next door in Ohio. I'm really hoping to go to the next gathering. I want to meet you guys! I think it would be awesome just to sit there, shoot the shit, have a beer and well, get to know everyone. From what I've read, the gatherings have been just awesome times!

    I sure did! Besides the Steelers losing but eh, we'll get 'em next time. Had a pretty eventful weekend, which has been kind of rare for me lately so that was nice. How was your's?

    I am of the firm conviction that Christmas does not start until one sees Santa at the end of the Macy's Day Parade. Before then no Christmas trappings should appear 🙂 But then I'm old school about my hollidays!

    Hey! Dave and I are flying back from Florida this afternoon, and I think we're both pretty wiped. I did, however, with $18 in Hold 'em last night in a casino. And school's good, but can't wait for Thanksgiving. How are you doing this weekend?

    RE: the capital letter thing

    I just meant that it was biblical to capitalize pronouns. I've only ever seen words like "He" or "His" or "Him" capitalized when they're referring to god (or at the beginning of a sentence, obv).

    Do lots of Doms or Masters or what not capitalize pronouns that refer to themselves? I've never noticed that before.
