Come on down for a visit sometime and we will take a drive out that way.There is a chain of five lakes built by the Corps of Engineers back in the 1930's,lots of interesting little towns and all kinds of weird,bizzare people and things to be seen and experienced.😉

I took a long drive through the Hill Country today.Just going nowhere.It's so beautiful there.I had lunch at the Bluebonnet Cafe in Marble Falls.I should do that more often.🙂

It works for some guys.For others,not so much.My late brother looked great when he shaved his head after the chemo and surgery.

And hell,i don't really care.I decided long ago that people can take me or leave me as i am.

Oh,i'm not worried about it.If it happens it happens,nothing i can do about genetics.My low range hearing has gotten pretty bad the last few years but it's the way things are.

My older brother has had hearing aids for years,and my late brother needed them also.He was around my current age when his hearing started to fail.Seems to run in the family.

It is.And Breckenridge Park is beautiful.There is also the colonial era Governors Mansion,the old Pearl Beer brewery and the King William district with it's many restored Victorian era mansions.I lived in a similar neighborhood in Houston.In a garage apartment,not a mansion.😛

I'm such a hopeless history geek.

It is,in downtown San Antonio.But little is left of the original Mission.Even in 1836 it was not out in the middle of nowhere despite what you might have seen in the movies.There are four other Missions still in existence managed by the National Park Service,and the churches are still in use.

San Antonio is my favorite city in Texas i think and i would move there if i could.
