I go through bouts of that from time to time,so i understand.I just go to bed,turn on the tv and or read something until i fall asleep.We have a 24/7 news channel here that covers nothing but Texas news,and they start looping it around ten pm or so.
Since i have already seen it,i turn the sound down real low.This seems to help since i am not really focused on paying attention.I need some kind of background noise to help me sleep anyway.
