Sad to hear about the fire but I'm not surprised the way things are right now. Much of Texas is a tinderbox due to the drought. Over the weekend the Austin City Limits Music Festival was held at Zilker Park, just south of downtown. I'm just glad some careless fool didn't burn the place down.
We will make it happen, one way or another. We need to go to Ren Fest again. I had a great time, even if it didn't seem that way. And, of course, got lost on my way out. Took an extra hour to get home.
Well, she has something going for her at least. I'm glad she's doing better, and tell her she is often on my mind. I'd like to see you both again, soon. You are dear friends. I miss both you goofs. 🙂
I know how you feel!!! It's a rough world if people don't stick together!
Hope all is better for you at least. Don't forget, the offer stands if you need to.
We have now had 73 or 74 straight days of 100+ degrees, the worst drought here since the 1950's, and no end in sight. I'm worn down to a nub. Many farmers and ranchers are facing bankruptcy. I'm starting to wonder when this will end. It's all very depressing. What's up with you?
Thanks! We are preparing for some major impact. Luckily, I'm inland, but my boyfriend's sister is having to come up from Wilmington and stay with us. The NC coast is going to get ripped apart. Yikes! I hope you're well 🙂. Are you going to Bellas?
