🙁 People are dumb. You do what you have to do to take care of your parents and to do things for yourself. It doesn't have to be one or the other; you can do both. 😀 Plus those people don't know you, 'cause if they did, they wouldn't make assumptions about you.

Ignore them. Many in the P&R are so blind in their beliefs that they don't care to hear what others have to say but rather hear themselves speak.
I recently added New2u to my ignore list because all he does is antagonize and make assumptions about people but refuses to acknowledge that "whoops, I crossed a line from arguing your point to insulting you" and apologize. So I figured for my own peace, I had to put him on ignore because it wasn't worth seeing what he writes and letting it get to me.
