So they`re going to tear it down??? I miss the old St. Louis Arena. Built in 1929, it was a fabulous atmosphere to watch a game. That, and the old Chicago Stadium were the two loudest buildings in the NHL, according to players. The new arena`s are more comfortable, and better concession stands, sound systems, video, bathrooms etc. But the atmosphere is gone. Much more of a yuppie crowd.

I attend a half dozen or so Blues games a year, and they`re a forward or two away from being good. A very solid and young defense along with good goaltending. Gotta find a guy who can put the biscuit in the basket.
