Well 'ello there! It's hot here too. Hopefully will cool down later so I can sit on the porch with a tasty beverage. 😀 My friend's mom is in from Philly and we're supposed to hang for a bit.
Yes, walking. My exercise towards losing weight. Been trying to walk at least 4 days a week. I started last month, starting out at 15 minutes then 25 now up to 35 minutes a day. 🙂
