Yeah, that's basically my mom. But usually better, since she tends to be fine if they're my friend from: youth, school, or Braeside or something like that. And with most things, I'm even more paranoid than her (which is likely why I think I'm okay using this...).
Oh, she does have an email account, which she uses to talk to other people that are acquaintaces and friends. But she's met them all in person initially, and she'd NEVER get a random friend' solely through online- it might be an old sex pervert or something like that (which it is sad that that's so likely nowadays. Anonymity means 'lack of trust' basically.)
I think it's GREAT that they're accepting of it at least, and tolerate you/ allow you to still go on it. I just respect my patents a WHOLE LOT, and would be guilted and shamed beyond belief if they ever found out, because they would greatly disapprove of it. And also, especially with this site, are a lot of perverts, and predators and mom would lose her mind!
They would embarass and shame the crap out of me, and confiscate my iPod and laptop for... ever-ish. They're both Christian, and I feel really embarassed at times not telling them this. :umm: 🙁
