I first heard that song back in 1981 when it was brand new and then it faded from my consciousness until I re-found it in 2006 or so. I'm glad it touched you, Ray. If I ever get married, that song will be played by the DJ, but I'd better learn to dance first. I'm glad you'll play it on your show. Peace, man!

Ok well it has all the important elements of the original but as you can probably expect it's really modernized especially with GORT and the alien probes. It did sort feel rushed in parts to tell the truth but overall a very good movie and I recommend it. Funny thing is reviewers are hating on Keanu Reeves for being so "stone faced and cold" in the movie...in short for acting with no emotion. HELLO!!! He's an alien!!!! Who writes the reviews for these movies???? 😕
