    I don't know! That's a really tough question. I really like the big East Coast cities, NYC, Philly, Boston, DC. I really like Montreal, Toronto, Austin, and Seattle too. I think my problem is I like too many places, and want to live in all of them. What about you? Where's your dream living location?

    We have two colleges, and it's still culturally retarded 🙁 The music scene here blows too. The best thing we've produced musically is Boston's lead guitarist and Weezer's bassist.

    Haha... yeah, I'm not sure a movie about a little boy in a concentration camp is exactly "cheering up material." That silent film/live band thing sounds sweet. I wish we had cool things like that where I live. NW Ohio is a cultural wasteland 🙁

    I hope it doesn't make me cry, I'll probably go see it this weekend. Agreed on Karen O, she rules. We used to have an arthouse/encore theater where I live. You could see older movies for $2 or newer indie movies for $4 with a student ID. It was my favorite place in the world. I went away for 8 months, came back and it had closed down. That was the saddest day of my life, looking in the paper to see what was playing there, only to not find the theater not listed. Now I have to wait for independent films to come out on video 🙁

    You better believe it will be video taped! I'm so very glad to hear about Where the Wild Thins Are being SOGOOD. I was getting worried because it had some mixed reviews, but I'll trust the opinion of someone with such a great taste in music, and a fellow fan of The Watership Down 🙂

    Dance to anything..... hmmmmm.... You just gave me an idea. I'm going to try and make an interpretive dance to Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address.

    Because people are stupid, that's why! They say you can't dance to rock music, but that's just idiotic. Rock N Roll was the original dance music!

    Ain't nothing wrong with being a hipster. They listen to sweet music and I dig their style. As long as you don't turn into one of those pretentious hipsters that hate things just because they're "mainstream." And dance clubs would be better places if they played music like MGMT!

    I'm not being anything for halloween this year, 'cos I'm spending time with my family - it'll be one year since my granddad died, so I'll probably stay in and drink to his...well, not his health, but his life.
