It's worth renting once it comes out on DVD...but yeah...lots of dry spots...very, very amateur overall. At least it's Rated R though. The whole PG-13 trend for horror flicks is what I think truly started the slump.
I don't know if they could even play live anyway. They'd probably just end up trying to eat everyone. Maybe if they were chained and caged they'd play for us... or if we offered them treats.
Hahaha! Well, we probably wouldn't hear "braaains," but according to the free online Icelandic translator, hopefully we'd notice a "gáfur," "vit," or "heilinn á bak við" thrown in there. 🙂 Mmmmmm.... Gááááááfur!!!!!
I imagine zombie Sigur Rós would probably sound a lot like normal Sigur Rós, except with falsetto moaning instead of singing. We Americans probably wouldn't notice the difference because they sing in Icelandic and can't understand a word anyway 😀
I can relate; haven't seen a really scary horror movie in forever.
It's really cool that your local theater caters to horror fans...quite rare actually! I've never seen Bad Taste...but I have seen Demons! Have u seen Paranormal Activity? Just went to see it a few weeks back w/ my girlfriend...was excited to see it...but disappointed w/ the end result. I'm not overly critical at movies...just want a good scare from time-to-time. It was like the Blair Witch, 2.0., Except the camera was stationary.
Yeah...that's my fear ya know. Being stuck...in shark infested waters; NO THANKS! 😀 I'm much happier on land. Lol! I'm quite fascinated with the super-deep sea too...the species of fish that aren't regularly seen. The ghost hunting thing sounds fun...creepy things intrigue me! Haven't seen a movie for a long, long time that has truly scared me though...this phenomenon must come w/ old age! 😛
I agree completely; once the snow gets dirty...the winter months lose their fun factor!
Whale watching sounds fun! I've always been fascinated by the ocean...specifically the sharks within. My only true fear in the world is of Great White sharks. Luckily, I don't have to worry about those in Indiana! 😀 I'd still like to cage dive someday...wouldn't be afraid of that...just of being in the open water with them...unaware of their location! Sends chills up the spine...
Ummm...I've always wanted to chase tornado's too! Not on one of those cheesy tours though...just with camera, and few friends...and natural instincts. Always been fascinated w/ weather..specifically severe! Visiting Kansas would probably be my best bet. 😛
There are definitely worse places to live than Indiana...but it's a pretty simple-minded/bible belt sort of mentality, ya know?
The fact that I'm a fetish producer wouldn't sit well with the county that I live in...that's why I travel to do all of my shoots! 😛
Top 3 places I'd recommend visiting (in the U.S.):
1) California - Beautiful weather...tons of opportunities for fun...and an extremely lenient overall vibe.
2) Las Vegas - One of the most open-minded places on the planet. Certainly something to experience, for sure.
3) Colorado - Too much fun...if you're a fan of winter...it's like a fantasy come true. The "piney smell" in certain areas is outstanding too! Love that mountain air! Rafting is something to try as well.
The gameboy never happened; I wound up teleporting to a country lane in Louisiana, and wound up in a restaurant.
The busdriver was rude to me because of my accent, and wouldn't let me on his bus. 🙁
