You guys are really good ya know? You get me with that whole "tickling caught on tape thing" everytime i see it. Then I realize oh damn its just Tomservo trying to make us all believe that he has stumbled across clips of non-consensual tickling that he believes are real life attacks. lol If anyone wants to see how sad it is then just pay for a month membership. Hell, i will actually promote for you. Quick Everybody go to Tickleworld, you really wont believe your eyes. ......no seriouslly you really wont believe it.

I would suggest that you post one or other sample clip here so that people can see what they are getting. I would not consider purchasing a membership again until some of the issues in the review are addressed

Yeah Tickleworld is trash. I joined it once, and never will again...I had most of the clips on there, so in case any of you TMF n00bs were thinking about spending some of your hard-earned money, don't spend it there.

As always, the naysayers continue to bombard our posts. Even Golfer, who said he would not be doing that anymore- what happened to that B.S., golfer?

Anyway, it doesn't matter a whit. We did on several occasions post some of the POSITIVE emails and compliments about the site, but that doesn't stop those who don't like it from bashing it, and of course it will always be that way, because let's face it- negative, whining comments are always more fun, aren't they? It's BORING to hear how much someone liked a site.

What Sue and I always come back to is the fact that we plainly state that our site is not and will NEVER be liked by every tickler out there. Any site that claims that EVERYONE will be satisfied with it is just dreaming. That being said, we continue to have our loyal members who have been tickleworld fans for almost two years now, and that is all we really care about. When Sue and I started the site, we knew from the start that it would not be a means for us to "get rich". We just sincerely love tickling and wanted to share our collection with others of the same mind, and show a few clips of real tickling for a change instead of all of the content being the usual "staged" crap. Our low club dues ($5.85 per month) barely covers our monthly bandwidth costs, hosting and site maintenance. So those like Golfer who continue to insult what we're doing just don't have anything better to do with their time (sad really).

Here's another interesting point that one of our members who joined us last June made, and that I have come back to time and again- If you don't like our previews, you DON'T HAVE TO JOIN THE SITE! Let those who like what we are doing join, and those who don't are free to spend their money elsewhere. We certainly are not forcing anyone to join, and we refund the dues of anyone who is not happy once they do join (If for ANY reason you are not happy, just email us a mailing address and we will gladly refund your dues in full). So what is the point of continually badmouthing us? This member went on to say that we should tell these losers that if they can do it better, than by all means start your own site! But no, it's much easier to sit back and trash something someone else is doing. It's cowardly, and it's typically the domain of people who have very limited, if any, vision or success in their lives.

So here's the bottom line- everyone is free to decide for themselves if they like tickleworld, and those who don't never have to be out a single penny. That leaves these poormouthing, negative losers nothing to whine about. And yet still they whine..... Go Figure!

In closing, many thanks to all of you who have enjoyed the site and continue to be loyal (BTW, it's somewhere closer to 4,000 than 4, but nice try- you had the first digit nailed!) And sure, keep up the poor mouthing because you're right, all it does is attract more business!

BTW: Golfer, Sue and I got a real kick and a laugh out of your little "playlet", we think there may be a future for you in writing plays! Here's another one you may find amusing: (It's a monologue, an aside, if you will....)

Golfer: "Gee, what will I do today? I know! I'll say somthing bad about ticklworld, I haven't done that in a while. I really should get out more, maybe even get a girlfriend (boyfriend?). The only thing is, I never can come up with an answer when they say no one has to join the site, that they can decide for themselves, I just skip over answering that and keep running their site into the ground. Hmmmm.... Is it possible that I may be a pathetic loser??? I can't seem to argue the facts or address the fact that anyone who joins t-world can get a full refund if they are not happy... what does that leave me? Hands up if you've joined this site and have something good to say about it. Oh wait, very person who has posted here so far who was a member says the site sucks.

I can't believe it takes two of you to run what is essentially a site with twelve clips which have been stolen from other producers or are 'originals' which are of such poor quality that they are a waste of bandwidth.

Please post some of these positive comments, tomservo. I am dying to see them. And don't just say: "Well, one of my customers said..." That's not proof. You could just have easily have made it up.

As far as I know there are at least 5 video producers who post and advertise ORIGINAL material here, stuff which they have put some effort and money into producing. By all means, everyone, purchase what you can from them. RealTickling, FrenchTickling, SilverCherry, Tickled2Death, LastLaugh - buy the best these guys have to offer. Marvel at their beautiful and ticklish models, their perfect picture quality.

Or buy a membership to TickleWorld. The choice is yours.

I sent you an e-mail at the time, before posting my review telling you just the things I did here. I got back an answer from the billing company noting the cancellation of my membership.

I don't usually like being nasty to people, but in this case there is little else to do. I mean, why has not one of your loyal 4000 members posted here. And what jerk would pay dues to a site for longer than a month or so which doesn't update, but only rotates. Or maybe the membership is free after the first month? That would explain a lot.

If you want to run a flourishing site, try updating, try filming - tickle Sue if you have to, just to get something new on the site. And borrow a decent camera. And don't film in the dark.

Just try - it might even work.

Tom, read Mart's review of your site. Read Tidas' assessment of it's worth. Read the comments at TickleTheater from people who have joined your site and come away unhappy. This does not sound like a loyal band of followers to me. I challenge you to look in a thread started by TIB or SilverCherry and see a barrage of insults thrown at them every thread they post in.

You will fail if you try, for two reasons:

1) These users post good quality material at a good price (it's ususally about the same price to buy a decent clip as it is to join your cornucopia of ticklefun)

2) These users update their content regularly (all right, SilverCherry not so regularly, but look how many free clips TIB has posted on this page alone, while you have been trumping out the same lame clip for the past 400 years).

Do you wish to ignore your critics further, or dream about imaginary 'loyal members', or both? Whatever you decide to do, I guarantee your next thread - the first post of which will be almost identical to the one in this thread - will have a similar amount of vitriol aimed at you.

But will you wake up and do something about it? Only if you can switch your broken record player off, I'm sure.

I propose a compromise: Why not make this posting under the links/updates section instead of the Video Clips section? It's more accurate, since there are no clips for the snatching but instead a simple update of the page.

I confess, I was pretty convinced for a while that this message was automated and programmed to appear once a month. I'd suggest varying it a bit--that way, the people who are expecting the same old message will be pleasantly surprised by variety.

My third suggestion is to vary the sample clip(s): By now, everyone has seen the girl on the ground refusing to smile at the camera, then squealing as the husband tickles her. (I don't know or care if it's real or faked; it's a GREAT scene). If you change this, people who complain about the site being stale will not have a leg to stand on. Moreover, they'll BLATANTLY have no leg to stand on since the result will be obvious to all, not just you and your site's members.

Hopefully this will set things straight for once and for all....

First Off- Thank you Jim, for your kind comments about the sample clip, and your suggestions are not without merit. But what Sue and I cannot seem to get across to these complainers is actually a very simple and straightforward business principle- We leave the same sample clip up there INTENTIONALLY to attract NEW visitors to the TMF. The only reason the complainers have for wanting us to change it is so they can view more FREE material. So pretend for a moment that you own Tickleworld. There are literally hundreds of new visitors to the forums each day. Are you going to leave the same great sample up so that they will all get a chance to see it, or change the clip for people who have already seen it and didn't join the first time, and have no intention of joining, just to give them something new to look at?

You know, Sue and I are regular folks with 9 to 5 jobs. We pay the bills and save what we can from our jobs, not from any "killing" we make on the site. Most of our members join, stay long enough to see all of the clips, and then cycle out. If this wasn't the case, we would not even make enough to pay for the bandwidth that would be required to sustain thousands of members indefinitely. That is because, as we have said time and again, we started this site on the suggestion of Sue's brother, who said that if we loved tickling so much we should share our clip collection with the world, and create some original "unstaged" clips of real tickling to do something different. So no, it's not free, but at $5.85 a month it is the best deal out there when we offer so much exclusive material in addition to the regular clips, and those dues keep the site up and running for all of our members to enjoy.

That brings me to a point I would like to make about our content. The shire writes that our material consists of about "12 clips, stolen from other producers", plus a few original clips of very poor quality. Here again is an example of someone who doesn't have any idea what they're talking about spouting off for the sake of being nasty. We have over 180 clips in our archives, and plenty of completely original material you will see nowhere else, including our entire "specials" section, and many of the clips in the regular archives. Overall the quality is very good, and on the clips where the picture is a little dark or imperfect, that is because we are showing REAL tickling captured as it happened. It's really easy to produce a perfect picture when everything is staged and phony (and just look at the "laughter" on a ton of these so called "perfect" clips- It doesn't get much more fake than that).

Finally, as for the "vitriol" that will be aimed at us when we post, these losers miss the point that IT DOESN"T MATTER! Again, we started the site for fun, and that is how it wil remain. If you want to build your life around harassing decent people, more power to you- that's your right no matter how pathetic it is. We will no longer tell you how many "loyal" members we have, because after all that is our business, and if we are happy and refund the dues for anyone who isn't, that's all that really matters. But just because you asked, shire- here are (for the countless time) some comments from just a few of our members who happen to like what we're doing. VERY interesting to note that the first comment came from (can you believe it?) Golfer!!. Now he'll probably just post saying he's changed his mind since then (pretty convenient, don't you think?) You can choose to believe these comments are real or not, we really don't care, because WE know they came from real members, NONE of whom knew us prior to our introduction of the site. And these are just a few comments directly from forums. We have a bunch more which we will be happy to post a few at a time each time we post here if anyone is interested. There is also a very long positive message from Dallasfoottickler on the TMF that Sue and I have posted here several times. We like it because it sums up exactly what we were trying to do when the site started, and points out not only the unique clips we offer but the fact that we extended a lot of the cartoon clips to show more action for a longer time period. We have not been able to locate the post yet since the search function was disabled, but Sue is looking for it and we will post it here soon in case anyone would like to read it. So when we get a positive email or post, it reminds us that we want to keep the site going in spite of a few nasty jerks who aren't out a dime but just want to bash someone.

So again for all you TMF newbies, stop by and visit us at the link below. Decide for yourself instead of letting someone else tell you what you should like or not like.

Just a few days after I commented on the lack of clips out there on paysites...KABOOM...a bunch of stuff. Great new sample clip from Dungeonmaiden and a sample page from Tickleworld. Really good stuff and greatly appreciated.

I don't patronize MTP anymore because of their affiliation with TMF, but someone also posted some of Jeff's newer stuff on a website. Check out alt. multimedia. tickling for the site (P.S....if you haven't been there...a lot of junk on that forum...but again, not a club and censor mentality)

Anyway...thanks to all. I guess this forum is the place to get it said and done!

Thanks for getting back to me. I'll just have to be patient and again, I think you have a terrific site.

I personally would like to know when TickleWorld was first set up, tom. Those comments are very old, dating back as far as 2002, most likely before anyone had joined the site and seen how crappy it was, and when it was all still fresh and the site still had potential. Where are the more recent comments, words of support from your long-time members? You'll have to do better than that.

There is a new company who have just started up called Tickle Factory, who have posted a free trailer here on the forum. If you like it, guys, purchase some of their material. I'm sure it will be infinitely better than anything you could find at TickleWorld (except perhaps the unoriginal stuff which by rights isn't theirs anyway). Plus, they say they are going to update their trailer regularly! So you get to see a higher representation of the site's content before you buy! What a revolutionary idea!

Also, there are clips posted here by RealTickling and FrenchTickling, both of whom update with new material (usually accompanied by a free clip) nigh on every week. I'll bet you've been taking that for granted up till now. I hope you've learned your lesson, TMFers.

I joined it for one month. While the site was over-hyped, a lot of the content was cheesy (example: one or two laugh tracks added to an animated gif and story), and a lot more was available elsewhere, there were a few decent clips there. It MIGHT be worth a one-month shot, but certainly not worth continuous membership, in my opinion.

I hear where the owner is coming from regarding the freebie munchers, but that's how the internet is. Some (not all) people will never pay a dime for software or video content when they can beg, mooch, or "Kazaa" same for free.
