The famous "cannonball stacking" problem of Lucas (1875) requires
a sum of consecutive squares, beginning with 1, equal to a square.
The only non-trivial solution is

1^2 + 2^2 + 3^2 + ... + 24^2 = 70^2
 
Note that 5 is prime in the integers but becomes composite in the complex intergers as (2+i)(2-i) 😀
 
Same for 13, prime in the integers but (3+2i)(3-3i) in the complex integers. 😀
