Did it! Quoted scripture from the Book of Mathew when they asked our lord Jesus about the end times and some facts from the book of Revelation to some people that were concerend. I went and coached my two sons Baseball team, came home and cut the grass for 4 hours while sipping a brew and puffing a cigar and missed the "END" by 10 minutes!!!!!!!

At 6PM EST, disaster did strike me.. momentarily. -- While our Skype Call was moving fluently. The minute (and I do mean the minute) the clock struck 6, my Skype call crashed. I took a cap for posterity:

I think I clocked out 5 minutes after it happened. I didn't even realize it happened until I called my wife on the way home, and she reminded me. We're all still here. I guess none of us are going to Heaven! :shrug:
 
I was lying in bed trying to take a nap. I happened to look at my clock a little after 6, shrugged my shoulders, and just went about life.

I guess the world wont be ending anytime soon. At least it didnt on 5-21-11.

Imagine the parties when that's proven as bullshit. I just heard about May 20 like a week ago and I've heard tell of parties on the news. I've known about 2012 for over a decade. There's been movies made about the fucking thing. Dec 21-22nd 2012 are going to be fun days. Unless of course it just happens to be...nah.

But this time they mentioned the dead rising and shit. I was so hoping for a true zombie apocalypse too...
 
I personally am disappointed that Jesus did not return because I was prepared to give him an earfull. But I was interested in how many people were taking this seriously and how a network had been set up to moniter any rapture activity. For example, many people were assuming than Australia was going to be hit first since it's 15 hours ahead of us.

Imagine what would have happened if the shithead who made this prediction had coincidentally picked as the day of the rapture the day of the Japanese earthquake. Can you imagine the possibility of worldwide hysteria, panic and breakdown of global systems? I think this guy was completely irresponsible and could have caused world wide disaster as a result.

We live on a planet that has an incredibly active atmosphere. A volcanic eruptioons every 2 weeks. A million and a half earthquakes a year, 11 lighting bolts strike the ground every second. A tornado every six hours.

The media should not indulge these crackpots despite the entertainment value.

This is the second time this dumb ass predicted the end. It's a shame so many people were taking it seriously! I guess this means I have to work tomorrow....oh, well!
