else, if your IP adress changes when you reconnect Internet,

You missed nothing, lol, there are no links between the clips and garlic :-D
I have just made this password to grow visits to this website,
that i have done for a neighbour that sells garlic and plants.
More the visitors counter grows and more i'll be paid ;-)
As the site itself is free access, it cost nothing for anybody.

I downloaded it fine, but when I went to extract the file it kept saying that the mystery file was corrupt and wouldnt extract it. I found the password easy enough it just wouldnt let me enter it.

The download probably broke near the end. The best thing to do in that case is delete the file and redownload it from scratch.

i got that message too, then typed the password in capitol letters and it worked...

The 7clips.rar file linked on the first post is 34 MB, so it should include all the clips. When you extract the archive, they should normally be placed in a folder with the same name as the RAR file.

Yes, you need something like 7-zip (free, www.7-zip.org) to extract rar archives.
