The Tickleslaves series (now owned by the king of fakes...Paradise Video) is as fake as fake can be, including Jessica. The Miranda one is the best...(she's cute), but it's fakey as hell.
 
After watching the clip, I feel pressed to chime in here.

:disgust: Real or fake is immaterial. Did it go too far? Maybe. But wait, wait, my Friends... what we are all looking at cannot be legally or logically confused with a truly noncon video when the facts are examined. I think we may be overlooking the obvious. IMHO, what it really all boils down to us this:

1.) Unless she was held at gunpoint, she put on that horrendously tacky, Blue-Light-Special lingerie herself and painted her face, most likely knowing that she was going to be paid and/or filmed--or at least attempting to look "seductive". ( :xlime: )
2.) Unless she was held at gunpoint, she lay down on that bed herself.
3.) Unless she was held at gunpoint, she allowed the young men to shackle her.

(And if she were held or even taken there at gunpoint, her tormenter's face is plainly shown, ergo, there's video proof and he's busted. IF a prosecuter could get the jury past the way she's dressed as proof she was expecting some sort of sexual play anyway.)

I'm pretty staid and immovable on the position of "if you don't want bad sh*t to happen, don't put yourself in a place to receive it". (I lack sympathy for women who go to hotel rooms with celebrities and then wail "rape" afterwards as well. Excuse me, if she barely knows the guy, what was she in there for in the first place...? What the h*ll did she think he asked her there for, tiddlywinks? Or a woman who will wear a skirt so short that if she hemmed it, it would be a belt, then has the audacity to get p*ssed off because "men are looking" at her. WTF?? Isn't that what she wanted when she put the clothes on?? :sowrong: ))

But the bottom line? Sorry, the girl in the clip deserved whatever she received, real or not.

I don't think any of Tickling Paradise's or Tickle Slave's (sold by TP now because they are gone) stuff that they say is non-con really is. I think they both just made those videos for people who have non-con fantasies.

But I still like both companies. I like TP more though.

Absolutely. Its all fantasy folks. I realize I'm squarely in the minority - most people hate to be tickled - much like the reality shows on TV its all staged.

SIZE=3] I didn't weigh in on this argument the first time around, because I really didn't know for sure if this so-called N/C video was staged or not, plus I didn't especially care. I own the video from whence the clips being discussed here were taken, so I have seen the entire episode and didn't actually find it that disturbing. As Mistress Aura pointed out, the woman did consent to allowing herself to be bound on the bed, and that was a valid clue.

I now believe I have convincing evidence that this video was staged, to wit: I'm pretty much convinced that this same 'actress' (using the term loosely) has appeared in another Paradise Vision video - the second segment of their CD entitled "Massage Tickler". This is a F/F segment and the first woman being tickled has the same forced laugh, same verbal protest expressiions, and same tone of voice. She doesn't look quite the same but we all know how expert many women are at changing the way they look. In the so-called N/C video, she was pretty well smeared with makeup, in her attempt to look like a hooker. In the "Massage Tickle" segment, her hairstyle was different and lighter colored, so she could have been wearing a wig. However, it's somewhat more difficult to change one's voice and verbal mannerisms.

The likelihood that she has appeared in a second video means to me that this woman was not really a hooker, as claimed in the N/C video, but more probably a regular employee of Paradise Vision. Also, I agree with Tickle Fetish, who says "escorts never let guys tie them up. Think about it people,they are afraid things would get way out of hand ... " and that I believe to be a rule most hookers live by.

A word on videos in general: I rarely buy videos based on the opinions of others. Some of my favorites have been totally berated by others, but I still enjoy them, while some of the most highly praised vids I found to be just 'so-so'. My point is, opinions are like butt holes...everybody has one (well almost everyone), so it doesn't do me a lot of good to read reviews and it would be a waste of my time to write them on the videos I like. As far as selecting a video to purchase, it depends on a number of factors, including my previous experience with the ticklees involved. Even then it's a little like playing the lottery... 'sometimes you're the windshield; sometimes you're the bug.' As far as selecting a video to watch at any given moment, it may depend on the mood I'm in that day.

She was a desperate model/actress wanna-be (they's all over California!) who was hired to do a fetish video featuring some intense tickling. Once she actually experienced it - consented though she did - it was too much for her, hence the real reactions within the false context. But it was supposed to be too much for her, it's what she agreed too. It's kinda the 'be careful what you wish for' situation. Which is why this video brings up so many threads about how disturbing it is…. No one believes the ’naughty nurse’ getting tied up by the Dr. for punishment. It’s not convincing.

That was her first & last video for the company; it freaked her out & was over the line for her. Same situation with the woman in "The Boogeyman", where she starts crying and screaming, too. Gabrielle & Machine are both gone, as well. Gabby was creating too many hard feelings among the community by insulting people and I think it became a situation where it was either her or the company. TP didn't even have a link here until Gabrielle was out, or at least on the way to being gone.

I wish Mistress Aura had been the prosecutor who handled MY case!

Wierd that the same guys who I hear liking the ridiculous and highly over-the-top fake vids out there, actually have the gonads to call that jessica video fake? Some people live a bit too much of thier lives in front of the computer, and have apparently lost touch with human behaviours and reactions in the real world, substituting what they assume to be reality on the not-so-well acted majority of videos out there.

I'll think twice before speaking my mind again, seeing what complete fools some (but surely not all) of y'all are. Enjoy your silly vids. Those ones I mentioned are (and I have pretty much seen them all over the last 10 or so years), the only ones I honestly believe to be true NC vids. (or as NC as they can be, taking into consideration what the other member said previously)

I dunno, looked pretty convincing to me. Maybe it was like one person said in that she knew she'd be tickled but got a lot more than she thought. In that case, hey, sorry, but you're ticklish and you let yourself get tied up in order to be tickled. Kinda' hard to feel too sorry for her. On the other hand, if it were a total surprise, well, I might feel a little sorry for her, but hey, again, you let yourself get tied up. But...do those two facts mean it cannot be NC? Hardly. They had no idea what was going to happen to them, and it shows. That one girl honestly wanted it to stop, and (bless him)....he didnt! Way to go! This might be why he had to relocate? Who knows. As I speculated, I could definately see a girl wanting her "big brother" to kick someones ass who lied to her that way, and took the video in a very unexpected and unplesent direction. Oh, and pay attention to how incredibly well he imobilized them. That....was a smart choice. OF COURSE....they arent going to do the wimpy-ass "struggling" they do in the fake videos if you honestly are treating them to an unexpected assault. That boy, was prepared.

I wish he was still making videos. Perhaps, he will someday.

As I had posted before, she had to know something was up when she allowed herself to be tied up. Now maybe she didn't expect the tickling to be that bad, or maybe tickling was never mentioned, just the tie-up part, but the hard part to prove if she tried to sue is that she really didn't know what was coming. All the producer would have to say is, "We planned it like this. She was supposed to scream her head off and make believe like it really was non-consensual. She's just saying she didn't know what was gonna' happen because she got greedy and saw an easy shot at a frivolous lawsuit." So, in that case, it's one person's word against another, and with a signed contract for a bondage video (maybe including tickling, maybe open-ended) it would be a hard argument for a prosecutor to refute. On the other hand, once the camera got shut off, the ticklers could keep tickling and tickling and tickling until the ticklee signed a "new" contract with the extra clause that said "I, ________, agree to make this tickle video look like it was completely without consent. I'll scream and swear and demand to be let go, etc, anything to make it look like I did not want to be tickled." Eventually she'd sign, and she'd be glad to take her paycheck and run for the hills.
Not that I'm recommending this, but I'm just saying it could happen like that. Any girl that lets a strange guy tie her up with someone else there to film it deserves merciless tickle-torture. :lalala:
