A thought about adult themes

All of the above mentioned e-publications explore the sexual aspects of tickling from erotic teasing to sexual torture. However as always the focal point is clearly on tickle torture. In the future WE WILL have more e-publications of this nature however consumer interest will determine the frequency of publication.

In three years of publishing tickling publications for the community I have received only a 1/2 dozen emails from people expressing the desire for us to enhance the sexual aspects of our product line. Several of them were from the same person.

On the other hand those interested in F/M material have expressed an interest in us providing F/M material since day one and have sent us letters on a regular basis. What held us back was the high cost of print publications and the financial gamble it would be to produce an F/M print product. Soon after we began our e-publication line of products I personally invited the author Jason Rubis to produce our very first F/M e-publication entitled "Make Him Laugh". It was so well received that Jason immediately set to work on the second issues in the series and we asked veteran F/M author "Shem the Penman" to publish his own e-publication. He responded with "Deadlier than the Male" and that has done very well also.

Currently we have three new F/M e-publication in production and will be releasing two of them soon. The point is that we have always catered to the demand of our customers. But a 1/2 dozen letters in three years does not warrant a restructuring of the focus of our publications.

Believe it or not I have had several letters from customers that have complained of the sexual aspects in some of the stories included in "Tales from the Asylum" magazine. In fact there are many stories throughout the series that deal with erotic and sexual torture. However it has always played a minor role. If you want the focus on "TICKLING" you might want to try one of our publications. If you want the focus on SEX you might want to try any of the numerous publications provided by the adult industry.

The talented artists & authors of MTJ Publishing have always had free reign to produce the kinds of material that they wanted in our print products. As long as the focus was on tickling and that sexual aspects were not too graphic. Not eliminated all together just not too graphic.

MTJ Publishing e-publications authors & artists have been given greater latitude with regards to the sexual nature of their stories and art. However tickling will always be the focal point.

With regard to "Vellicatrices: Unlimited" it is the all time best selling e-publication to date and guess what? Just beautiful women in bondage being tickled senseless. The formula still manages to capture an audience despite the absence of strong sexual elements.

I'm not trying to change the comic (i.e. I'm not continuing this conversation to change the artists minds or argue). Just want to expand on one point.
I like breasts; I'm a guy, it's my nature.😀 I like tickling.
Other people like feet, for whatever reason, and they like tickling. So why is it that:
Breast fetish + tickling fetish = sex
Foot fetish + tickling fetish || sex

Really, what makes the breast more sexual? They are a common foreplay device (like tickling is for tickle fetishists or toe-sucking for foot fetishists), but when it comes to intercourse they are incidental, just like feet are. So why is it that they move tickling from the playful arena to the sexual one? Is it because society tells us it is, and if that is the reason, should we adhere to the definitions of this society that considers us fetishists for enjoying tickling to begin with?
In the same way, a woman can be tickled wearing a bra or bathing suit in the same manner that a woman wearing nylons can. A woman can be just as presentable in such clothes as if she were on prime time television or a PG movie. The only sexuality is what the person who looks at it reads into it. Much like Travolta and Jackson discussing foot massages in Pulp Fiction, about whether or not a man could give a foot massage to another man because of the sexual connotation even though nothing sexual is involved. Because dammit, breasts were meant to be tickled😀

BTW, because I believe in put up or shut up, I'll be doing some of these pictures as soon as my scanner is fixed. And of course I'm still going to buy and love VU and I've already started forwarding my paychecks directly to MTJ and skipping the middle man.

You do have valid points Tarr. Everyone is into something. I've got an artist friend in SC. that's a huge breast fan. (that is he loves them AND loves them big. Future backaches the whole 9 yards). He doesn't get my foot thing, although he does understand artistically with all the curves a foot has. Me; I'm not into fat bags so we do have friendly arguments about it. I do agree whole heartedly; one mans candy is another man's porn.
Yes you could say society has something to do with it. A girl walking through the park barefoot wouldn't get arrested. Topless is another matter.
It's a personal choice; we simply don't want to do the nude thing. We just don't think it follows the plan we have for the series. That being said I think we've beaten that horse way too much. 😀
Get that scanner fixed asap. More work is always welcome. The more varied the offerings, the more people will get what they want. Good luck with that.

well anyways i have to say that i don't like people having a personal thing and would rather everybody agree with me because i am the greatest thing since sliced bread. damned individualists trying not to be like me, it's like a conspiracy

besides, breasts are for breastfeeding and staring at, not for tickling, and feet are for walking! elbows don't have much validation and i feel bad for them

about being considered fetishists, i resent that sentiment because i'm an artistic type of person. i prefer the more politically correct "person with eccentric tastes"

Might as well get my 2 cents in!

First, FTKL and BZ, GREAT job on VU!!! A masterpiece!!!

A lot of talk about "adult themes" and "sexual content". E-comics have adult themes and sexual content. If you want more of this, I`m sure more comics will come out in the near future that deal with these situations.

Straight tickling, used a torture, where the victim DOES NOT become aroused is one thing. But take that same situation and add sex or penetration of an object, that becomes rape! If anyone has a rape fantasy and is looking for comic material here, I think you`ve got the wrong community!

I personally, from time to time, like to see a bound woman getting intensely tickled on all her intimate spots and becoming aroused from it. Just as in the last 2 Yenny comics. But that`s about as far as I would go. Again, that`s just my opinion. I speak for no one but myself.

If the artists in this community are such a big disappointment I suggest trying your hand at creating a comic!

oh...no...sorry to disappoint, but it's a line from a ben folds song entitled "fired", which is pretty much about passive-aggressive paranoid employer who declares "everyone of you is fired". anyone who knows me well enough also knows that i constantly make references to ben folds songs 😀

on that note, my alias "morgan davis" is not a reference to a blues musician of the same name, but is also taken from the title of another ben folds song called "the secret life of morgan davis", and i used it for its fitting irony. although i'd like to say that even though it may seem mocking, it's only really hypocritical yet playful sarcasm ^^;

i also never hear the end of "ben folds sucks" or "ben folds is gay", but that's ok, because i think korn sucks too. well, not really, that's just another cheesy cheers reference
