I was given a choice to do that too when i was little, but i ended up choosing the number two choice you mentioned earlier, so i don't know anything about the actual procedure, but like the rest of us here i came to give you moral support, hang in there and good luck Gremio! With the advances in todays surgical methods you probably won't feel anything when it happens.

Thanks everyone. The surgery went well. Didn't hurt. I'm on the strongest pain meds as well, so I"m not hurting. Have to unbandage it here in a few hours, I'm sure I'll cringe. Doc says it will return to normal in a week or two.

You shouldn't be on those painkillers for more than two days. In my case I only needed them one day, because it really doesn't hurt afterward. Do you have pressure bandages?

yea, I'd be out of my skin if I had my foreskin cut off.....it's just a complete nightmare. as for lasting longer.....huh? either way the head's gonna be touched, don't see how there could be a great increase of time until orgasm unless your big on counting seconds.

It's the other way around - only those who are anti-circumsicion claim it increases sensitivity, those pro and those without bias says it decreases it.

Foreskin is a useless bit of flesh anyway. It doesn't do anything except get dirty. The only use for it is if you lose your eyelids, then it can be graphed on as replacement lids.

If I had a foreskin I'd remove it.

I don't even want to think about it.! I'm circumsised. It was done when I was an infant. Even now(though, I obviousley don't remember) I think about it and cringe.

How much work is it to run a lather of soap along your penis? Considering it takes about as much time as it takes to wash any other part of your body, by implication you must mean that anything requiring 15-20 seconds of cleaning is too high maintenance to keep around. Even cleaning your EARS takes longer than that, I don't see people cutting ears off to save cleaning time.

And yes, you CAN still hear if your ear gets cut off...just nowhere NEAR as well.

Besides, even circumcised men have to wash themselves (especially if it gets used) and any guy who doesn't care enough to clean his own dick probably doesn't care enough about hygiene in general. And anybody THAT nasty doesn't deserve to get laid.
