Hello Everyone!
I don’t now if anyone here has ever noticed this, but there is a tiny little “almost-tickle”-scene in the Bond –movie “the spy who loved me”. -Don’t be misled, no one of the main cast is involved. -If you’re not paying attention you will probably overlook it - as I did over a dozen times till yesterday (btw. one of the best bond movies I think). Bond and russian Major Amasova (Barbara Bach) are working together to spy on Stromberg. They’re camouflaged as a couple of marine biologists and have been invited to his laboratory in Sardinia. That little, little scene occurs when Bond an Amasova are leaving their hotel to be picked up by Stromberg’s assistant Naomi in a boat. When the boat is entering the little cove in front of the hotel, pay attention to three people on the beach ( almost at the edge of the screen) one woman is laying on the beach one of her legs stretched out. As the other two are approaching her, one of them reaches out to tickle her foot but she really quickly pulls it back. – Well, that’s all ;-) You might wonder why I’m telling such a long story about a scene that doesn’t even contain actual tickling, but I really was astounded by how this scene was escaping my attention for such a long time. B y sheer accident I noticed it yesterday after having seen the movie over a dozen times before. Mindfulness is a strange thing!
