Actually for me it's when a girl uses her toes to do manipulate things, but things "other" than footjob cause theres enough of it all ready.

I.e. If you guys look back at the Read or Die movies that was posted here a while ago, the movie where Anita attacks the girl with paper and starts flying around a stuff, if you slow the movie down you will notice that Anita actually picks up a paper with her toes and even cuts them with it, but only for a scant second.
