Most popular because she's awkward and shy, like most of the people who watch Naruto. Also, she's submissive, which is a big plus for the Japanese. Sweet guys, but a little backwards in terms of equality of the sexes.

They Were Tied Up But The Feather Wasn't Rubbed Up and Their Feet It Was Pulled Back To Tip Then Swiped up Their Feet Making Them Laugh and Pull Their Feet Back. The First Time They Only Were Touched And Laughed Out Loud And Pulled Their Feet Back. And Case Of The Hot Kimono You See April Doing Her News Report Then These Little Robots Run around Her Feet April Then Says Somthing About These Little Creature Running With Feathers That Tickle Your Toes. Her and Vernon Are Then Tickled And The Scene Where They Are Tickled They are On THe Right Not The Left And Don turtelli Never Said Say Tell Me all You Know About Kimonos The Tickler Says Your First Miss ONeil You Going To Tell Us Anything About What Happened Lastnight She States Nope And Her Ticking Began. Then He Tickled Vernon.
Also In Gummi Bears Secret Of The Juice Grammi Was Already Aducted In The Beginning. You See The Abductors Taking Her In a Room And The Big Black Pot And Wehre They Stood Her She Made THe Gummi Beary Juice One Ogres Whatever Those Funny Characters Were Called Tasted It And Said Eh Tie Her Up She Clampted Down to The Table No Ropes Then The Person In Black Says How Bout One Of These And Pulled Out Big Huge Red Pointy Feather Grammi Then Sat Up And In The clamps Said No No not One Of Those No Not One Of Those The Person In Black Walked Up And Began Tickling Her Grammi Wiggles Her Foot Back And Fourth Sitting Up and Back Down Fast Trying to Get Away While Laughing Hard In The End She layed There Laughing hysterically Wiggling Her Feet Back And Fourth As The Person In Black Went Back Fourth Tickling Each Foot Until He Stopped. She Was Never dunked in a pot of water or no perso nand black yelled take her to the dungeons and no little character jumped up and said she's telling she's telling. There are kagome and songo or whatever in there somewhere. I remember one episode I liked where songo was talking to her brother lying on her stomach kicking her barefeet. Don't ask what episode or anything but I think its early on.

there's also a brief occasion in what I think was the second episode when Kagome took off her shoes and socks to jump in a river to save a boy...and one episode in particular that had Kagome back in her time and had Inuyasha follow him and introduced him to her family...and it goes without saying practically any episode Kagura or Ayame shows up since they're constantly barefoot
 
I got some Kagome. You better appreciate the suffering I went through to get these, Inu Yasha is so bad and monotonous I was dying.
