Oh my God!!!

This is Birdy from Birdy the Mighty or Tetsuwan Birdy. Basically she's an alien space cop who accidentally kills a high school age human boy and transfers his "mind" into her body as well and can shift between each of their forms at will.

I saw this anime years ago and searched high and low (before I had internet) for the VHS. Sadly, my VCR ate the tapes a while back and I hadn't thought of this series in forever. Thank you for posting this!
 
I know it's not anime, but I just thought that this was the best place to mention it, since the cartoon feet thread has long since been deleted: In case you've been living under a rock, in the upcoming movie Tangled, Rapunzel appears to be barefoot all the way through. There's bound to be some good shots when the movie comes out...
 
Can anyone please repost the doujin of this girl? (The girl in the green jacket.) It used to be on here, and it used to be on E Hentai Galleries, but not anymore.

I know it's Shin Megami Tensei Persona, but searches don't come up with anything here. The same search at E Hentai does have one, but it's different and the scenes with feet is shorter.

Here's some caps from Wakfu, a French animated show.
Since "Cartoons" have been classified as "American", and "Anime" as Japanese, I don't know where French 'toons fit it. Since it's anime inspired, I trust no one has a problem with me posting these here.
