Another Fun Gathering??

First let me say that I am 100% serious with this idea. I am not making fun of the ladies-only gathering--I support it. I am not making fun of the "monster" thread that Viper innocently started. It's just something that came to my mind reading the "Lady Lers" thread.

Since we have General gatherings, Couples-Only gatherings and now a Ladies-Only gathering, what about the idea of having a primarily F/M gathering? In other words, one where those ladies who describe themselves as 90-100% ler getting together with men who describe themselves as 90-100% lee? I think the dynamics of such a meeting would be considerably different from the general gatherings.

I might also suggest that it could include any ladies who are less than 90% ler, but who agree, for that gathering, to take on the ler role primarily. The same for men lees. For example, I am basically 50/50 myself, but since I have NEVER been seriously tickled, I am really wanting to experience that, so I am presently leaning toward the lee side and could easily take that role for a gathering.

However, I am not in a position to organize such a thing, due to my personal situation, and not even sure I could attend such a gathering for the same reason. I just wanted to throw this out there for thoughts and input. And PLEASE let's not start the same insanity prompted by FFOT!

well man..i have to admit, it sounds like a good idea.

But your idea is out of pure jealousy and kinda in my opinion a little childish. First off i think it is a good idea for these ladies to have a special girls night out. I mean as men, we have our guys night out doing and going out with our buddies, why cant the girls?

Guys we are all adults here, keep the machismo in the 1970's. and lets be fair to everyone here who have ideas.

Your idea is a good one, but lets see what kind of response you really get.

I have posted to both of the aformentioned threads fully supporting what ticklekitten is arranging and NEVER slamming it, even in jest.

This was simply an idea that came to me only this morning as I was reading other posts. I personally like trying to do things in slightly different ways, which is why I support the ladies and couples, and this thought seemed kind of fun to me, too. It doesn't have to happen at all. Just wondered what others thought of the idea and to see if anyone would take the reigns.

You are a gentleman and a scholar. Thank you 🙂 And I know what you mean regarding what you have seen posted/said here. I took no offense at all. Just tried to help everyone understand where I was coming from.

Again, folks need to realize that this would not be something that *I* can take any part in organizing. I'm married and my wife knows I like tickling, but she's not into it at all and has no knowledge of my TMF life. Even if something like this would come about, there's only a very slim chance that I could attend. I'm just working on trying to find a way to be at NEST again next year and that's tenous at best 😀

Just because I orginally thought of it doesn't mean it has to be out here. What's to prevent it from happening that direction instead...or even on both coasts? 😉

AquaFeline had a good point. To be well-attended, it may have to engage a large geographical location, say in Ohio or Tennessee for the East and perhaps Nevada for the West. Who knows? There are many possibilities from what I read in the "Lady Lers" thread.

I'm an actual lady and I like this idea just fine! I can vouch for the good intentions of NJLaughs, as well. 😉

I'm not sure there would be enough women to participate though. I'm both lee and ler, but would be pleased to be ler only if I had a whole bunch of lees to choose from!

hmmm... I'm in RI, soon to be moving to Northwestern Mass (Amherst area). It seems fun enough, but I doubt I'd get much enjoyment out of an experience where I'm guaranteed to not be the ler at all. If circumstances allow, I might tag along, but I'd definitely rather more of a give-and-take (or free-for-all) than just being a lee.
