Anyone knows whatever happened to Bugman ?

Hi all.


I've been wondering for a while about the disappearance of Bugman from here...


I know it's been a long while since his last post on this site, and he's hasn't been responding to my last PMs... so I imagine there can't be good news to get from that.


For those of you who didn't know him, Bugman's post on here were always great, either deliriously funny (his weird finds were so hilarious !), either very interesting when the posts were about some historical subject. The conversations I had with him were always captivating.


Anyone knows ? Thank you.

His last post was Christmas Eve of 2019. So it's been about 3 1/2 years. That's a long time to be away.

Of course nobody knows for sure, but you can't help but assume the worst when someone's been completely gone for that long.

Very sad to read this, I'm hoping for better news. Edit: But after the events of the last few years especially, that's probably unlikely. 🙁

It it sad. Again we don't know for sure, but when someone's been (maybe not the best way to say it) dead silent for this long, it's hard to not come to the grim conclusion that they're no longer with us in general.

The reality is that we lose people here like this probably every single day.

I think it would be at least worth considering a " in memory of" page for those in our community that have gone on in.
