2. People who can't drive. Living in NY, and traffic being what it is around here, it is absolutely necessary that the lovely people in this great state of mine learn HOW TO MERGE WITH TRAFFIC! How hard is it to INCREASE your speed as you get on an entrance ramp? If they had meant for people to stop at the end of an entrance ramp they would have put a stop sign there! C'mon people merge! And if you're going to drive the speed limit would you please get over to the RIGHT HAND lane with all of the other slow pokes?! Whew...
Here in Southern California, besides doing those things, bad drivers also...
1. Never use the turn signal.
2. Cut you off even when it's not necessary.
3. Slow down or stop for no apparent reason.
4. Speed up so you can't merge.
5. Change lanes at the last second to not miss a turn (without signaling, of course).
This list could go on forever, so I'll leave it at that. I'm sure these things happen in other places, but the sheer number of bad drivers where I live makes them stand out. There's heavy traffic everywhere, too, even on the local streets. Just about everyone has a car here, though, unlike in NY, so I guess it's understandable. Still pisses me off, though, especially when the car in front leaves way too much space!
