i too am a "foot guy", as i have a STRONG foot fetish... i am captivated by feet... however, just like others have been saying, where the person is ticklish, i will tickle.... perfect example... my ex g/f wasnt very ticklish on her feet, but she was INSANELY ticklish under her arms, so i tickled her there ALOT...
