Art Find: Final Tickling Fantasy V (*/FF)

I dunno, I haven't seen any FFT art yet. 😛 And there also isn't any FFXIII art yet, which I know might seem ok since it hasn't come out yet but there's enough info on it, and Lightning's armpits have nearly hit meme status as well. :lol

I'm talking main-series games here. And about FFXIII, all I'm saying is there's fetish-related pics of Juri from Super Street Fighter IV already and we know just about nothing about her other than she's a psycho S.I.N. bitch, but of course, she's barefoot, so the entire community is going to pounce on her despite what someone going barefoot all the time would actually DO to their feet. This fact honestly kind of makes me unhappy but you know what, whatever.

No, personality sucked and was terrible. She's as close to a Satellite Character as you can be without actually being one, which is just as bad.

I think(and hope) her personality is more different then what she appears. Lightning can wait to strike in 2010. I also gonna get FFXIV too. anyone else?

I won't get it either. I really don't like how they've put mmo RPGs into the main series.
The fans would have bought it too if it was called Final Fantasy online or something similar.
I guess FF XIII Versus will be my IX then 🙂

A good point! I think if we have a vote for which Final Fantasy is most under-appreciated in TK media, FF2 might have to win the title. Granted, this may be because no one likes it because it's so radically different or have never even played it because it's so old and we only got it on the GBA and PSP, but still.

Actually I really liked the ps1 and psp ports of FFII.
My least favorite FF was FFV, don't know why, but during the middle of the game I really had to force myself to continue playing.
Oh wait that's not copmpletely true, I hated FF XII. I really didn't like any of the changes they had done.

Fun bit of information regarding Lightning: She's apparently 5'10". That means that out of the main character's who's heights we know, she's the tallest out of all of them, because the next tallest male lead is Tidus and he's 5'9". And we know the taller someone is, the bigger feet they tend to have, so if you're into girls with big feet like myself, Lightning might be right up your alley.

Her personality is said to be "cold and she distances herself from her allies", which basically means she looks like a female Cloud and acts like a female Squall, so OH BOY quiet angsty anti-social lead character, only now it's a girl. weee

Yes, other wise it would have down graded her abilities. But the fight actually could have just ended in the middle of it. Like Cecil and his fight against his dark self.

Well in all fairness, you foot people can come up a reason for a reason to love ANYONE'S feet. I've never even heard of them thinking anyone had ugly feet but that's not the point. No it wouldn't have. I mean for one they're fighting her at least 3 on 1 anyway, and also it just means they've become much stronger. Just because a character loses doesn't mean they aren't strong anymore.

She's not helpless (except for when she is) but she acts like one would. And spunk? You must be confusing Tifa with Aerith or Yuffie. Tifa barely has anything other than being there to talk about Cloud, or support Cloud, or wonder what Cloud is doing, or on the rare occasion hate Sephiroth/Shinra (the latter of which actually DOES make her a bit bitchy I admit, which is at least more than what she has the rest of the time), or just everything being Cloud related somehow.

But we can argue about her all day, but you really can't deny that she's vastly overrated. The majority of FF art is of her, for instance.

Hey hey hey. I'm just saying. If it makes you feel any better, armpits are a very close second favorite spot of mine. So there. Nyeh on you. I just happen to slightly prefer feet, especially big feet, and I like it when a character is confirmed to actually be tall enough to have realistically big feet. So there. nyeh nyeh. nyeh.

I wonder if she really is so much taller, I guess that's just because of the different Universes the FFs take place in.
How tall she really is, compared to the other heroes, will be revealed in Dissidia 2, I guess there will be a little retcon.
And if not, at least the Warrior of Light is taller 🙂
