1) Don't use the sticky side on the skin. Use the nonsticky side on the skin as the base then the sticky side on top of that.
2) OR, use old washcloths on wrists and ankles to avoid the pain of removing the duct tape. 😛
Oh, and always have a scissors or knife handy. 😀

Duct tape on hairy legs sounds painful... we'll come up with something else?
