Where the hell did you read "narfle the garthok" means taking a shit or fucking an ugly dude or a blow job? lmfao

Well, plastic surgery is a very personal thing and while I don't think it's for me, I certainly wouldn't judge anyone for doing so, esp. if it made them feel better about themselves. I do think however, that some people really overdo it. But yeah, I really support it in cases like my aunt. She lost her breast due to breast cancer and got an implant in the breast she lost. Seeing how happy she was after that made me realize how awesome plastic surgery can be in such cases.
