Be ashamed for not knowing that. But since it's a question, I'm bound to answer. It's in the comic strip "Calvin & Hobbes;" it's a recurring game they sometimes play. The only rule in the game is that you can't play it the same way twice.

Actually, I don't really remember that many of my costumes as a kid. Probably when I dressed up as a knight in 3rd grade, because my father made a lot of my costume for me.

As early as kindergarten as before, in that I always 'enjoyed it.' In late middle school I realized I only liked barefoot girls and only liked tickling girls. I didn't realize that it was my fetish until I was a sophomore in highschool. A few months later, I realized that other people had it too. I found the TMF my freshman year in college I think.
