In that case I really have no idea. It would all be hard, and I can't imagine what bizarre hypothetical universe it would take to put me in that situation.

There really haven't been enough for there to be a real system. When we've felt like we needed to add moderators, we usually throw some names around between the two of us, then ask the rest of the moderator for input on the ones we settle on. So far there's never been someone we suggested that the other moderators thought was a bad idea.

As far as I can recall, nobody has ever said no.
