Well I think fingers are the most versatile -- the mouth can be pretty amazing, too, though - it's a love/hate thing.

fingers are the norm when it comes to tickling, without the use of fingers, tickling probably wouldn't have came about...but that's just my opinion...

and oh yes! the mouth is pretty amazing. Just ask my wife her favorite tool to use on my belly and ...toes
