Your sincere interest astounds me 🙂

I'm more of a fruit person than a vegetable person - and I prefer the veggies I do like raw. I love love love carrots, lettuce, raw spinach, onions, green peppers, celery...Cooked I like brocolli (which I just recently discovered after years of hating it), green beans, corn...aaand that's about it. I can eat onions and peppers cooked and raw, but that's about it.
