Anyways, I just wish that you lived closer to GA so that you can see with your own eyes that I'm telling the truth about my eye and the fact that I may be going to munch. If this eye heals before the event, I'll be shocked...but then again, how will I know with this thing on?

Well, if I were you I'd do whatever the doctor said. You should have a follow up appt scheduled already. If not, call and ask them when you can take it off.

I don't have to live close by to know if you went or not. If you go there will be plenty of people there to say so. If not...well...:shrug:
 
Yeah, you're right. But I'm pretty sure that the doctor's office will be taking tomarow (or I should say, today) off. But I'll be sure to call and ask him tomarow (Tuesday). Fingers crossed that I will be able to finally remove this rediculous thing soon. Crossing my toes as well that I will be able to see when I do remove it.

Again - I find it very hard to believe that your doctor just gave you an eye patch with no instruction on care, removal or follow-up. Did you even really hurt your eye? Seriously.

Seriously, I did injure my eye. He did give me instruction just to wait it out and see what happens from there. I'm going to ask him if it's alright if I at least remove the patch and see what happens. If the light hits it and I start feeling pain...you know what, I'm going to go ahead and remove it. I'll let you know now. If my vision is completely black in the eye or fuzzy, then I'll just put it back on and then call the doc tomarow....why would I lie about something like this when I'm so desperately trying to gain yours and the rest of the TMF users trust?

Edit: I took it off, there's no blackness, just blurryness now. I put it back on as to not further risk anymore damage. I'm calling the doc to see if he wants me to start putting my old eye drops back in that I use for my allergies or does he want me to come to his office and get a prescription...this is a good sign, at least I think anyways...

Oh man...

Honestly, I think the nights spent staying up late horsing around on those big comfy couches, making fun of Paul Blart, inevitably getting kicked out of the lobby to ASU's room, and the chaos that ensued in there.
