That is surely a fine song. I saw the movie version, not the play. Plays are so expensive here that I rarely go to the theater.

Not that I am aware of. However the amount if hurricanes that have happened since I was born make it clear that it could have happened

I can remember a hurricane in New Jersey in 1960 that severely damaged the roof of our house. 😱
