Totally. There's no worry about getting a hotel room, no worry about food. Newbies and veterans are paired in cabins, women and men are separate unless you're a couple attending the gathering. The rules are modeled after NEST and have been added to as parties gone by, and they are strictly enforced.
And TF4F and Sadira and everyone there make everyone feel welcome. 😀
