My best answer.

Because sometimes someone or something is so confusing you have to ask why. I know I ask why all the time. When people normally ask why, they hope it will give them an expalnation from someone else or they figure out the problem themselves. What drives me batty is an unanswered why.

It has rained a little, but not enough. It has been really dry the whole summer.

Has your grandfather been watering his garden? How much does he plant?
He waters it some, but he doesn't want his well to run dry. He plants corn, yellow squash, butter beans, tomatoes, potatoes, cornfield peas, zucchini, and salad.

Do you look in on The Weather Channel?
Yes I do.
