Attention AIM users trying to contact me!

I am having technical difficulities with the program and am not recieving the messeges you are sending me. As soon as the box opens up with your name but before the messege is shown, my program closes your window and shuts down.

To my knowledge the last person that has tried to contact me had the SN of NYState, at least it started with that and then it was numbers after that (which I can't remember).

If there is a user here with a AIM SN that starts with that, please e-mail me instead or contact me on yahoo, as this is only a problem on AIM right now.

Until then, I'll be fixing the problem. If its urgent, a request, or something like that, you can always PM me. I'm more likely to get to it sooner this way.

ROFL!! Well for those truly urgent and dire IMs there is always the web based client that Missy Val uses. I'm guessing you can get to it from AIM's website but perhaps she can provide a link

You'll need to disable popup blocking for it to work. It requires JavaScript to be enabled, and it runs much better in IE than in Firefox.

Business has been picking up lately, so yes, people would be tripping to contact me, probably out of frustration that they aren't getting through.

Well I'm sure your clients know of other ways of contacting you and are probably going to figure them out before beating themselves into comas over the sheer frustration of not being able to IM you..... 😀

And yes, they will eventually get to me anyway via a more secure method, sometimes even via phone, since some of these folks are my friends.

Most of the people that commission me however for an art project want to CONSTANTLY know the progress of the piece, and so IM would be the best way to do that.

It does get a little annoying, but since they are paying me, its something worth putting up with. LOL
