Very cool picture! Heehee....I once walked past and saw a man and wife doing something very similar. She had her feet stuck between the chairs and he was teasing them. ...

Was this in a parking lot, or on the street?

I was once driving an old girlfriend and her 18-year-old daughter someplace or other. The daughter was in the back seat with one bare foot resting on the console between the driver's and passenger's front seat. Of course I kept my eyes on the road and one hand firmly on the wheel, but OTOH, what was I to do but gently and quickly tickle the bottom of one of her feet, whereupon she shrieked, yanked it away and playfully tried to kick me.
