Ive been searching for a picture that I'm not even sure exists. I could swear I saw a picture once where the victim was hogtied, and her toes were not only tied together, but tied back to a rope on the shins / legs. This flexed their feet horizontally. Anyone know what I'm talking about, or am I just totally crazy?

Note: Both are acceptable options.

I'm with you on not letting it die, though looks like i'm about 6 months too late.

Here's the clip to your photo #2 - the 5 girl hogtie. The full clip is available at Anthony Peter's clipstore:

The best part about the full version is the end: The girl all the way on the left of the screen is nearly done freeing herself while the girl all the way on right hasn't made any progress. So they have a brief back and forth conversation (even though the last girl on right hasn't managed to work off the gag) which is highlighted by the nearly-freed girl asking incredulously, "you can't even get your feet loose?" to the girl on right who is still toe-tied.

It's a great scene because a) girl on left never had her feet tied (she wore sneakers and only had her ankles tied) and b) she later is toe-tied in another clip and absolutely has a fit trying to get her feet loose but cannot. It's a perfect example of just desserts. Highly recommend that one.
