Dude, if you'd bothered to check out the site thoroughly, you'd see the pics were uploaded 1 September 2006, TWO YEARS AGO, so even if she were an HS senior at the time, she's 20 or 21 now, and she may have been 18 at the time. However, she looks like a college senior to me in any case.
I guess celeb's are under different rules than "normal" people since there's pics of Hayden Panetierre at the beach taken and posted before she turned 18.

Age at the time the photo was taken is what is legally paramount, as is said in the disclaimer at the beginning of any tickling video.
It would violate forum rules to post a picture of a barefoot Barbara Bush, if she'd only been 16 or 17 at the time.
