Oh, most definitely yes...much more an art than a science...there's so much involved, not the least of which really resonating with your ticklee in knowing where and how much they're ticklish, playing the whole teasing/anticipation/excitement game, building up slowly, knowing how to take them to the edge over and over, teasing them about taking them over the edge totally unmercifully, playing into their fantasies, etc. not to mention actual soft and hard tickling technique...could go on and on...

When I start tickling someone when i have someone tied down, its like beautiful art!!!!

I'd have to say it's an art, yes. I've had models compliment me on being one of the best ticklers, or that I have the touch. Some have complained most guys are into that poke poke thing.

I take tickling very seriously when it comes to doing it in a teasing, torturous fashion. I don't like sloppiness or severe lobster-clawing or any other heavy-handed ogreish tickling if it can even be called that.

If it doesn't really tickle and tickle insanely then, what's the point?
